"We arrived at 7:30 pm and our room was not ready until after 8:15pm.We were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we had to wait 30 mins for the staff to clean our new room. It was a disappointing situation."

"The staff just seem all unbothered when I pulled up to check in. She was so sweet to the lady in front of me and told her a whole bunch of information about the property when I checked in, she gave me my room number and the Wi-Fi password and told me have a good day. Didn’t go over any rules didn’t go over how to enter an exit the building didn’t ask how my day was didn’t ask while I was traveling. Didn’t check on me throughout the day at all. The breakfast was OK but she didn’t tell me when the breakfast was. It looks like they’re constantly working on the hotel so when you walk in, there’s just a whole bunch of towels all over the lobby area. They have a tiny little closet that they have items available for purchase, but it seems really difficult to maneuver the pool was open until 10, but there was a whole inch sign on the door, making it kind of confusing when you walked in about what the rules were because apparently they have issues with people just entering the pool. It seems like they have guest that stay longer periods of time. There are a lot because they were a lot of people that knew each other and had Bluetooth speakers and were really loud at the pool. It was an OK stay but it was really hard to get to and the road to the hotel off of the freeway is full of potholes from the truck wash overall not really worth the money that they’re asking for but it was OK."
