She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. There were a few miscommunications at check-in on my part and Yura was very gracious in helping me out. Having worked in hospitality decades ago, I want to commend Yura for her excellent customer service and general people skills. She made our experience wonderful and I truly appreciate her. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next day was very good. I would definitely stay here again."
