"The room was clean, shower pressure was excellent. Drink prices were fair and the lounge area was really lovely and welcoming. Breakfast seemed reasonably priced the selection was a bit limited. The biggest complaint I would have is that our room overlooked the trash area which was overflowing and very dirty with a lot of mixed materials in each bin. I get that a refuse area is never going to be spotless but when you know a room looks directly onto it it should be better maintained. "

The a.m. front desk man (Cian?) was kind, funny, helpful when we got there, jetlagged in the a.m. He stored our luggage, offered us coffee, told us how to get a bus card and which buses to get. Made us feel welcome. Also a very helpful late afternoon/night clerk young woman who answered a million questions, very patiently. A very efficient bar tender at night, as well. "
