We did however have a number of problems with one of the rooms booked (AC not working, safe / cupboard lock requested to be fixed). Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response)
