"Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. "

The room felt spacious even after we brought in our big bags as there is ample storage space for bags. Cleanliness and customer service is average. Some rooms don't have a wall separating the rooms in the entry area. The gap is filled with a large closet. "There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff.
