DO NOT STAY HERE!! We recently returned here for the first time since covid. It was a great disappointment. After a 30 minute wait for the front desk person. Who, we had later, discovered had placed a sign to tell people he was away from the front desk, but he had hidden it at the very end of the counter on a lower and totally out-of-sight place. He was very rude to us. No apology for making us wait in fact he was adamantly saying that he had a sign on the counter. We told him how we watched someone steal from the store and without a description of who did this he then told us how they worked for them. So he is a mind reader I guess. Never told us about the accessing the internet, the times for check out our breakfast. Didn't even say gane a good night.
Then the next morning we go to check out and the person being the counter said only 2 sentences to me for the entire interaction. I walked up and she said " Would you like a receipt? " then I asked for a comment card and instead of asking if there was anything wrong with my stay she said " they should be right there"
Now the hotel itself is extremely clean. The floor has some issues in our room the flooring has a nail that stubbed into the bottom of my foot. Luckily not hard enough to break the skin. And the carpet was fraying along the seem of crappie and hardwood. Great water pressure and water temperature.
I contacted their customer support at corporate and they obviously do not care. The response was that they were
