The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza
"The entire building was clean and well maintained. The most disappointing thing were, first, when we checked in the front desk had said our room wasn’t ready yet but do have a room ready. When we got up to our room, we find out that our room wasn’t at all cleaned or readied. Linens, beddings, toilet….. ..."

"Our room had water damage, the AC didn’t work and the cabinets were broken.. when I brought it up to the front desk they didn’t even offer to give us a new room or to discount our price, very disappointed as this used to be our favorite place to stay in Duluth. Now will be staying elsewhere."
