Amazing Duluth Accommodation

We stayed here because my son ran Grandma's Marathon. I plan to rent this again for my annual girl's weekend trip. The property is absolutely beautiful, very roomy, and laid out well. The kitchen is stocked and there is plenty of seats for meals. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The scenery on the east side was amazing.The questions we had were answered promptly.I highly recommend this property! You will not be disappointed.

This home had plenty of our space for our group. The kitchen and living room areas had plenty of seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, and a coffee maker. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very clean. We didn't spend much time watching TV, but there was a large TV in every bedroom. There were dog food and water dishes on the main level. A nice pet-friendly touch. There were three outside areas to sit and relax. We enjoyed time each night by the patio heater on the deck. The instructions for checking in and checking out were easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we were staying longer than a weekend. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our family weekend. Location was easily accessible, and the RiverWest Spirit met all our family needs. Gorgeous views, and a perfect getaway for us! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The house is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for multiple families and young children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals and entertaining easy and enjoyable. The layout was very convenient, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time together. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again! Huge plus it was dog friendly too!
