You will be hard pressed to find a more unique location in Duluth. This 1st floor Scandinavian condo is sleek, stylish, and loaded with extras. The best part of staying here is being close to everything! You can walk to the beach, the lift bridge, all of the shops and restaurants in Canal, or just soak up a front row seat to the iconic lift bridge that makes Duluth special. You'll love entertaining your family and friends in this open concept space. Gather around the beautiful kitchen island, get cozy on the living room sectional, or feel the sea breeze while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. This condo has a loft style bedroom with a king size bed, a queen day bed, a well appointed kitchen and a spacious handicap accessible bathroom you'll love getting ready in. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, watching the sunset, or exploring nearby hotspots, this space has it all.

Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. Great vibes, stellar location

We loved staying at the Dragestil House this weekend. It’s prime location, steps from the Aerial Lift Bridge and Park Point Beach - and lots of good spots for dog-walking. The place was spacious and clean, stocked with the basics so we could cook the food we brought with ease. Host communication and self check-in/out were seamless. We’d love to stay here again!
