Unfortunately, housekeeping does not do daily service unless requested. Had you requested this we would have been happy to accommodate your request. This is clearly stated on Expedia which is how you booked you reservations. I am sorry for the misunderstanding..

Hi Mark, I am sorry you were unhappy with your room temperature. Did you turn the heat up or ask the desk for assistance during your stay? There is someone available to help you 24 hours a day. In response to your room location, there are only two rooms of the room type that you booked and they are both by the elevator. Unfortunately, you booked with Expedia and our staff is unable to change anything about these reservations, in this case your room type .Sincerely,
