- Incredible views of Lake Superior, Canal Park, and the Aerial Lift Bridge. 4 bedroom/3 bath, fully furnished penthouse with parking ramp directly across the street. The Borealis House (formerly known as Blacklist Suites) is located on Superior St. in Downtown Duluth with a pedestrian bridge path and garden directly behind the building connecting you to Canal Park and the Duluth Lake Walk.
This open and accommodating penthouse with a rooftop deck and four season room overlooks Lake Superior and Canal Park. The roof top deck provides a great space to enjoy a sunny Duluth day and your favorite beverage. The condo has been completely redone (2019) and all furnishings and appliances are brand new. This unit is 100% dedicated to VRBO stays so you never have the feel that you're staying in someone else's home. This is a top floor unit and has a private and secure elevator to the suite. Two rooms have King beds, one room has a queen bed, and one bedroom has a twin bed and full bed. (No bunks!)
