CLOSELY
Villa Lux **** was luxuriously renovated in a boutique style in 2017. The house is located directly at the BEACH.

Each apartment (130 sqm) offers a large terrace with sea view, lounge area and private HOT TUBE.

The three modern bedrooms have their own bathrooms and air conditioning. All units have sea view, air conditioning, a modern kitchen with coffee machine, oven and dishwasher.

Wireless internet and parking are free.

Villa Lux has been luxuriously renovated in 2017 in boutique style and is located right on the beautiful beach Orij.
All apartments are 120 square meters and have a very large terrace with its own whirlpool, lounge area and sea view.
The three bedrooms have their own air conditioners, sea views and high quality box spring beds. There are three modern bathrooms with floor-standing rain showers.

The living rooms are modern furnished and have flat screen TV with various cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

Great Location / great host.

First of all the location is fantastic, Mary was incredibly friendly and helpful. right across from beach, easy access to Split and surroundings. I would recommend for anyone looking at Split.

Pre Cruise stay

We were six adults staying at the property. It was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. It was conveniently located to cute bars and restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop was very close. The balcony overlooks the beach and we were steps from the ocean. Mary was wonderful and easy to communicate with. She was extremely flexible and put a positive spin on our adventure! Highly recommend!

Two Night Stay near Split

Had a two night stay near Split and this listing did not disappoint. Great views. Enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the owner was super efficient. Would definitely return.

Peaceful location

Great place to stay when you want away from the city. Right across the street from beach. A 5-minute drive from a good size grocery store.We did find out there was a problem with the apartment we rented upon arrival. An option to stay at the 2-bedroom apartment one floor down was offered.Overall, great communication and would recommend.

Lovely apartment, great view, and just one negative

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the ocean. The terrace was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and an evening cocktail. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space. The only negative was the internet. It either didn't work or, if it did, it kicked you off very quickly. I used a lot of data to search places to eat and directions. There was a small issue with the pipe under the sink that leaked but it was resolved our second day.
