"We stayed here for 3 nights for an event in Caserta. The hotel was well appointed, and in a great location close to the Palace. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and drinks. The room was neat and clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well, and the blackout curtains were useful. I particularly liked that I could communicate with reception via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time"

"Great stay for anyone who needs to stay near the airport. 5 minute walk to the airport and small and clean room, basically just a twin bed. Take note that walls are thin and you can hear others talking and there is a rule for silence. I was able to put my headphones in to sleep. I would definitely stay again if I had a late arrival again or need a quick, affordable place to stay. "

"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "
