Great little Inn

Great Place to Stay!
The Duck Creek Village Inn is great! The location is convenient. Check-in was easy and quick. The owner is very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and nicely updated
The hotel was extremely clean and nicely updated. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking and the location is right across the street from the village. There are some nice chairs outside on the porch/balcony right outside the room, which is nice. Unfortunately the neighbors decided to park in front of our room early in the morning, which woke us up. It’s a nice addition however. Overall this is a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

It was a busy area, but with that comes the convenience of being close to everything. The ceiling fan in my room made a horrible noise that kept me up, but other than that, it was great!

Property was quiet clean and the service at front desk was very good. Used this hotel as a mid point between Bryce and Zion parks. While I would not consider the property as remote, there was only two restaurants to choose from.

Close to main shops and outdoor rentals. Very nice details in room, such as coffee and hot chocolate. Very scenic winter views. Comfy beds and lots of pillows.

We rented the Moose Cabin for the night and this was our experience and thoughts. The Cabin itself was really nice and the area had a lot of things to explore. However, we didn’t appreciate the staffs snoopy/passive attitude (the front desk who worked there) We also didn’t like the fact that a lot of the amenities were halfway used. We did complain about the following things: The dish soap and hand soap being almost finish and/or diluted heavily with water. The wall heaters not working. The kitchen sponge being previously used (when we did bring this up to the managements attention they even admitted that they “do not replace the sponge after every visit” which is a hygienic concern and huge red flag.) ** If you contact the property via Expedia or any other third-party, make sure you also call the property directly as well and announce that you are bringing pets. We contacted the property through Expedia and they told us that it’s $25 in total for our two dogs. When we got there, they didn’t see a balance on the reservation nor any additional notations, so when they saw our dogs on property, they told us that it is $200 for unannounced pets. ** Just something for everyone to be aware of. :)

The room was clean and had a pleasant smell. The people who took care of the hotel were amazing and friendly. After our long day in duck creek we were able to enjoy the fire pit that the was set up. We had a great time!

Very clean and quaint. Just had a little slip up in the check-in process. Upon arrival we kept ringing door bell and called front desk several times. Waited outside in the cold for a while until employee eventually responded to us.

Super friendly staff! We loved our stay! Lots of little things that were thoughtful and welcoming (fans in the summer, makeup remover wipes, almonds, and extra towels). Very clean and a large room. The only two things that we wish could be improved were (1) the shower - it was SUPER tiny and difficult for even a small person to maneuver in, and (2) the mattress was shot - we felt like we were sleeping in hole. Not comfortable at all. Overall would stay here again based on the customer service, location, and attention to detail.
