We loved this apartment, such a great location … near enough to the old town to walk but far enough away from the business of it all. 20 mins walk to lapad We had a great time, dragan and his mum were just lovely perfect!

We had a really lovely stay in the apartment with a little balcony. Walkable to the Old Town & to Lapad so a great choice of eateries , lovely walks & beautiful beaches . Local bakeries & supermarket within walking distance.Towels changed regularly, apartment was spotless. Host & Cleaning lady were very pleasant & helpful.Definitely will recommend to family & friends . Thank you for our stay

Great location with easy access to restaurants, beaches, city walls. Apartment was perfect with lovely views. Dragan was very helpful too. Definitely recommended to get an alternative sense of Dubrovnik outside the city walls which is so different.

Lovely stay at the Green Park Apartments in Dubrovnik. The owner was extremely helpful providing us with a map and directions to local shops, transport links, walking routes and local trails plus beaches. He also booked us on the three island boat trip which was very enjoyable and great day out. We also visited Lokrum island which is beautiful and worth visiting. The lake there is a must for a swim and be sure to take a picnic with you. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and kitchen / dining area plus two bathrooms and perfectly adequate for our week long stay. We had private outdoor seating and dining area including access to a well looked after garden. Dubrovnik is well worth a visit and its history is very well presented and explained in the museums and on the walking tour we did ( free tour with free spirit). A walk into Lapad, where there are many restaurants and beaches, took approximately 15 mins and to the city walls 20 mins. The area is quite hilly however, the apartment is on the bus route to Lapad and beyond plus the other direction to the city walls. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

A real gem of a place
The apartment is beautifully kept, spotless clean and in a great location. The host was very accommodating, giving us tips on the surrounding area. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommended the accommodation.

Property is better than the pictures. Location is great. its 25 mins walking distance from the walls. There is a 4 mins walking distance from a bus stations. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. Our room was clean, modern, it has a cute balcony. The owners are very kind, helpful and the communication was easy. highly recommended this place.

Dubrovnik 2019
Apartment was faultless. Great location. Within walking distance of Old Town and Sunser beach area but also close to bus route if needed. Restaurants and stores nearby, great bakery and cafes only five minute walk. Owner very helpful and there to help if needed. Would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Great place
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was really nice and very spacious and tbe host , Dragan , was very friendly and welcoming and gave us good information and advice about Dubrovnik. Location was ideal ; a pleasant 25 minute walk to the old town and similar to the beaches of Lapad and Babin Kuk ( also very convenient for local buses if you dont want to walk ). Overall highly recommended

The apartment was well equipped, good kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom. Fairly new building. It was well located, walking distance to Old Dubrovnik and also to harbor. Lots of cafes, restaurants and a couple of bakeries nearby, also a small grocery. It had a nice balcony, with a view over well kept garden and large green space. Dragan was very accommodating and his mother did some laundry for us; much appreciated. Finally Dragan drove us to the airport. We have only positive things to say about our four night stay at Green Park apartments.

This was a great little place to stay. We were about a 15 min walk to the Old Town although bus stops were nearby. Amenities were close by. The plants in the garden had a wonderful scent and it was great to sit outside with a glass of wine. We were made to feel very welcome.

A perfect Stay
we arrived to Dubronik on the 19th September. Dragan was very welcoming and gave us very good tips on how to get about the town. the apartment was cleaning and perfect for the 7 nights we stayed there for. its a perfect apartments with friends,couples or families. our apartment has the Balcony so was perfect to have some down time on the balcony sitting outside. Dragan keeps the apartments and the communal area maintained. there were a few nights were it was quiet hot in the evenings, and each room had a air-Con and worked perfectly for us to cool down after a long day. there a few restaurants & shops just a few mins walk from the apartment which is convenient. the old town is about 30 mins walk. the Port is around 20 min walk. There are buses, however i saw it always crowded and preferred to walk since the weather for us was perfect. you get to walk to the old town with some great coastal views. The location of the apartment is perfect and have no down points on this. if i visit again i will for sure stay here.

The apartments are just a short bus journey from Old Town. Although for your first trip get the taxi to drop you at the bank on Josipa Kosora, cross the Main Street and you will see the sign for the apartments opposit the bank. The owner Dragan is welcoming and spends some time with you explaining how to get around and where things are. The apartment we had was at the top with a balcony and was small but perfect for 2 people. It was clean and had all the basics that we needed, we only spent four nights there but the towels were changed during this time. If you want to do a trip to Montenegro or Bosnia let Dragan organise that, the company that he used was fantastic. There is a supermarket just across the road. Don't be lured into eating in one of the bigger overpriced restaurants in the area, instead walk down to Konoba Pizzeria Belvedere. The food was lovely, the service was good and the view was gorgeous.

Great apartment!
Perfect small apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. Cute private balcony with s view. Uber to/from Old Town only around £3.50. Walk to Lapad approx 30 mins - highly recommended - beautiful sunset and lots of bars/restaurants. The owners Dragan & his mother are very helpful. They organised a trip for us to Montenegro and also let us leave our suitcases with them on our last day until we picked them up for airport later. Would stay here again if I returned to Dubrovnik.

Excellent apartment, great value money, super host
Spotlessly clean apartment (ours was the single bedroom apartment on the bottom floor), with 2 superb, quiet air conditioners, vital in the Croatian summer. Excellent sized bedroom, 2 shower rooms (with toilets), good lounge with TV and free wifi, and well equipped kitchen that was fine for the 2 of us. Dragan, our host, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, welcomed us to the apartment with cold beer, and was super helpful with advice about what to do, where to go, and how to get there. He also organised 2 trips for us, to Korcul and Montenegro - nothing was too much trouble. Apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the old town, or less than 10 minutes by local bus number 4, costing 12 Kuna, tickets available from local tobacconist store. Bank and supermarket located just across the road from the apartment. The old town is so crowded, that is is our preference to be located away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was quite, and the garden patio was beautiful and relaxing after a day sightseeing. The apartments are located below the road, down about 30 steps, so we would not recommend this location for anyone that cannot manage steps. Thanks to Dragan and his mother for making us so welcome and for making our holiday complete in this beautiful Country.

Non-chivalrous hotel owner's son and steep stairs
This property is very difficult to locate. The GPS said it was at one location but it was not. There was very poor signage. I arrived after 7. Night had fallen. There was a dimly lit long staircase to descend with luggage and another dimly lit long staircase up to ascend with luggage. I have two young children that I was traveling with. I asked if the hotel owner's son would be helping me at 8 am to bring the suitcase down and then up and he said it was too early and he would be sleeping. His older mother tried to help me in the morning b/c she did not want me damaging the stairs not because she had any pity on me and the kids.

Dear guest Thank you for staying at our apartments. The sign of the apartments is located on the street and it is 60 cm X 100/cm big,so if you take a look around it is easy to spot. We own an apartments,not the hotel and we do not have a reception or a bellboy to carry the luggage.Despite that I carry the luggage whenever I can. Obviously you forgot that I have carried your suitcase from the car into the apartment at your arrival. I work the nightshift untill 6 am and I wish that you have had little bit of understanding why I was not able to carry your suitcase at 8 am. My mother is much older than you and with obvious problems with her back,and despite that she helped you to carry the suitcase all the way to the street. Writing such a bad things is nothing else than a “Non-chivalrous” Kind regards Dragan Owner & manager

Home away from Home
After a tiresome bus journey, the best ever host dragan and the awesome apartment for our family of 3 was the perfect antidote. After offering us drinks he kindly explained the local area. Close by conveniently is a bank, supermarket and a bus stop taking you either to lapad beaches or directly to Dubrovnik old town terminus in 5 mins( very frequent). Walk was 20 mins but weren’t up to it with the heat. Overall great location. The apartment was well equipped with a kitchen lounge, balcony with green view, master bedroom and spacious bathroom with a wonderful jacuzzi bath. Aside from the wonderful apartment, Dragan and his mother made it feel like a second home. The complimentary laundry service was a bonus. But Dragan’s mother folding the clothes and placing them in our room is a symbol to the kind of heartwarming service and hospitality provided at this accommodation. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to make their trip to Dubrovnik that little bit special.

The best place to stay in Dubrovnik
My experience was excellent. Me and my family spent 10 days in Dubrovnik . The apartment was very comfortable and in very good shape. The location is excellent. It is close to everything. The air conditioning was working very good. The owner (Dragan and Melissa) are excellent hosts. If you visit Dubrovnik ,Green Park Apartments is the place to stay.

Green Oasis & Great Host in Dubrovnik Suburbs.
We arrived in a deluge of rain and thunder - our host, Dragan, ensured we had early check in, carried our suitcase up the stairs to the apartment, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, & also tea & coffee, an orientation and map of the area, and an umbrella in case we needed it later! ie The Perfect Host from the start. The apartment had a very comfortable large bed and overlooked a verdant green park with long distance views towards the hills - it is also very quiet compared to busy busy Old Town which ensures you have a good night's sleep. If you are strong walkers you could easily walk down to the beaches & numerous restaurants in Lapad or in the other direction to the Old Historic part of Dubrovnik. However, if too hot to walk, the nearby buses are frequent and inexpensive, and there are also taxis near if needed. Transfer to and from the airport can easily be arranged with Dragan together with sightseeing tours. You can also eat locally, or buy supplies to eat on your balcony from the local supermarket and bakery. We loved this homely and friendly place.and would choose to stay here again if visiting Dubrovnik.

Couldn't recommend this enough - Fabulous experience. The balcony was fabulous and the location was very handy (20 minute walk to old town, 2 minutes on the bus) - it is the friendliness and kindness of the host that really makes this a 5 star place to stay. As Dragan was out when we arrived, his mother kindly greeted us and even started helping us with our cases up the stairs - how sweet! She then brought us a cold beer to welcome us which was a lovely gesture. When Dragan returned, he came to see us to give us lots of very useful directions and local information. Dragan's English is excellent and he really has thought of everything in the room. pens, playing cards - we even had a small candle lantern that we could light and use on the balcony for a sitting out at night - all added to the experience. When we were checking out Dragan even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to the road - incredibly kind! The next time we are in Dubrovnik we will definitely stay here again.

Having just returned from a 10 day stay at Green Park Apartments I have to say that it was a fantastic choice for us as a family of 5 and the property gave us everything that we needed We were greeted warmly on arrival & offered a cold beer for adults and orange juice for the kids. Everything about the surrounding area was explained clearly & any questions we had were answered helping us settle in quickly so we could start enjoying our holiday immediately The apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious with air conditioning and a great shower. We in particular loved the outdoor area which was amazing as it meant we could sit outside to drink or dine with a beautiful view. The birdsong in the morning was also a lovely thing to wake up to. Bins were emptied daily & fresh towels were also provided daily The apartment is run by 2 lovely people, Dragan & his mother Melissa, who were always on hand to answer any questions we had and they offered excellent advice about the area whether it be buying groceries, accessing a cash point, catching a bus or travelling to local tourist attractions. We really could not have asked for more in terms of how they looked after us and they even supplied some home made Cherry Brandy which was VERY nice! Location is a little way from The Old Town but its a comfortable walk if you're up to it and if not buses run from just around the corner every 20 minutes We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here and Dubrovnik is amazing!!!

Excellent apartment. Our main issue was the AC which was barely functional so both the bedroom and the living room were extremely hot. We only stayed one night but would not have wanted to be there any longer. AC needs servicing.

Nice apartment in a good location
Dragan was a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is in a good location with nearby, free parking and is a 25 minute walk into Dubrovnik old town or a short bus ride (no. 4 every 20 minutes-ish). It was a clean and comfortable apartment with a reasonably well equipped small kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a days sightseeing. There was a lot of steps down to the main area outside and then more steps up the apartment so it may not be suitable for everyone.
