This single house includes 4 bedrooms with 2 baths, 2 floors, in a very quiet and relax neighborhood. It closes to downtown of Dublin. There is attached 2 car garage to use. Washer and dryer are located inside of garage. Front yard with partial fence to provide more privacy. Lots of stores and variety restaurants around the area. San Francisco Premium Outlet and City Center of Bishop Ranch are within 10 miles away.

This 2000 square foot house sits on a 8,000 square foot lot and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two storied single house with car garage. Downstairs has 1 King size bed in Master unit, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and family room. Second floor has one room with 1 king size bed, one room with 1 queen size bed and one room with 1 full size bed, full bathroom with tub.
Washer/dryer are available for guest to use. Laundry detergent, Shampoo/Conditioner/Soaps etc. are provided.

Everything and more!!

We stayed at this property for a week. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures just don’t do it any justice! The beds were super comfortable! The two bathrooms were super clean. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking, which was equipped with pots and pans, dishes, etc. The living room had a big TV and comfy couch we could watch movies on. Washer and dryer in the garage were a huge help! Outside had a beautiful patio!

Great House Easy Host

Very Spacious house, had no issues during our stay, check in process was flawless and host was very tuned in. Would definitely stay here again next year when we are back in the area.

Mixed Reactions

The location is great. We had several events in surrounding area so it was a perfect central location for us. Close to stores and walking trails which we liked! Our main complaint was how cold the house was. The upstairs was heated well but the downstairs always seemed cold. Probably because vents are all in the ceiling. We checked out early because of this. We did appreciate the owners giving us a two night credit! Also the door to garage wouldn't lock which I do think is a basic to have doors lock. The house definitely has lots of potential. Would be nice to have a backyard that wasn't all cracked concrete especially if you were staying here in the spring/summer months. I was surprised at the lack of supplies. Other houses we have rented through VRBO had lots of supplies but perhaps that is up to the owner how much they want to supply. Such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, foil, etc... The beds were very comfortable. The Property Mger was very responsive! I probably would not recommend to others unless heating system was updated. Especially if this affected air conditioning as well in the summer.
