Great walkable location to Central Dublin and transportation. Flexible check in experience. Unfortunately, apartment is college dorm style with dingy floors. I had to talk my wife into staying. The shower is also very hard to maintain a consistent temperature, alternating between scalding and freezing.

Property would have been good except there was some issue with the water. This meant we could hear the tank running all night and there was no hot water for showers, shaving etc.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
My clients showed up at this property and found bugs and urine stains on the bed mattress.
We asked for a refund because they did not want to stay at the property. Both Expedia and the property refused to give them a refund. Expedia gave them $100 toward a future stay. The booking was for over $600.
