Leaking bath tub

This was our third stay at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We considered trying somewhere different this year, but we’re so glad we came back. We stayed in a Prestige Suite, which was perfect for our family of four. The suite is spacious, comfortable and ideal for travelling with young children, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. They always greeted our children with a smile, made them feel special, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved breakfast at Premier Club Lounge and had half board so we ate most days for either lunch or dinner at The World Eatery where the food is great quality. The beautiful pools and the beach make it a relaxed atmosphere throughout the resort. It’s the perfect balance of luxury and family-friendly, which is why we keep coming back. We made so many wonderful memories during this trip, including celebrating both of our birthdays, and we’re already talking about returning again. Thank you to everyone at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for another fantastic holiday. We can’t wait to visit for a fourth time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The experience was everything I hoped it would be. My room was clean, modern, spacious, and offered beautiful views of the water that made waking up every morning a highlight of the trip. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping did a great job, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh options to choose from each day. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing from check-in to check-out. One area that could make the guest experience even better is the entertainment and activities. I understand that regional events and the ongoing conflict in the area may have affected operations, which is completely understandable. Even so, offering more on-site activities, live entertainment, cultural experiences, or organized guest events would add even more value for travelers who choose to spend time at the hotel. Overall, this was a memorable stay. Between the hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, the stunning beachfront views, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The experience was everything.

This was a one day transit in Dubai. Maye August is not the best time to visit the city, it was too hot. Yet there is a lot to discover.
