"We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel, Dubai, The Palm. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were all great! The breakfast selection is outstanding and so delicious!! We loved the heated pool which was very relaxing. The pool area is beautiful as are the lobby and main areas. We had a suite which we loved! It has a kitchen and washer/dryer, also 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Overall a great and relaxing experience. Thank you! "

Upon checking in on 1st of December room number 2103.Mr. Mohammed, the night shift manager, went above and beyond to enhance my stay. He upgraded my room, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His exceptional service made a significant difference, and I genuinely appreciate all his help during my stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to thank him in person before I left, but I want him to know that he really made my vacation special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and every member of the staff provided outstanding customer service.
