The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Rahim, he ensured our rooms were nice and clean to make it comfortable to stay in. He was very friendly and helped us a lot. The hotel was clean and had easy access to a lot of the main places.

Very good hotel. Hampton by hilton by the airport isn't really by the Airport. Shuttle only works until 10:30pm

I think what I liked most is that the hotel was pretty close to the things that I wanted to do in the city. Definitely would recommend for those looking for a reasonably priced option

The first step I put in the room, it smelled bad. When I went to the receptionist, they only send a guy with an air freshener spray. The area around the hotel is not exciting. I wasn’t expecting this in Dubai.

I liked the customer service front office provided. Bedroom was clean. Bathroom sink faucet was in dire need of replacement, faucet handle was loose and kept coming off. Body wash dispenser was not operating properly, had to remove the lid and use my hands to get it out.

Not a hotel to appreciate Dubai on a holiday
We enjoyed our stay and made the most of the local area despite the hotel being a bit far out we used the metro which is airport free zone around 15minutes walk away we used the local public beach Al mamzar the info that the hotel gave didn't tell us there was a free shuttle service we found out by seeing it on a plaque at the front desk after paying for taxis. The breakfasts were OK something for everyone I suppose cereals waffles pastries etc... We asked for an early morning CL which we did not receive thank God we set our own alarms or we would of overslept also we booked a taxi which wasn't booked and had to start flagging one down at 2am in the morning with all our cases which was inconvenient when asking about the taxi time to Sharjah Airport we were told 1 hour it actually took 16minutes again more Reception staff education. On a good note our room attendant Tapan went above and beyond for our 10 night stay he even brought an extra mattress for our sons sofa bed as the sofa bed mattresses are like cardboard or room was cleaned everyday and spotless he is a valued member of staff and should be appreciated.
