"Stayed in room 309 and the bathroom door jammed and was stuck in the bathroom."

"Didn’t know you couldn’t grab a piece of cheese. The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit. We asked for compensation and they said their hands were tied. Also, we parked our car in stall. When we went down to leave note on car said, thanks for taking to stalls. Both me and my wife walked around the car and it was neatly parked in stall. They jacked their prices up for graduation/ mother’s day."

"Rooms were dirty. Do not stay here. Nobody in person to help check you in or out everything is through a virtual kiosk"

"We booked a king deluxe and was told after we paid that room was not available, the owner would not offer us a discount and told us to stay somewhere else. We booked what was said available but wasn’t I will make sure everyone knows not too stay there "

"This hotel never left the 70’s. I’m pretty sure it hasn’t been updated once. The beds are awful. Spring coil mattresses that have definitely outlived their springs. Broken furniture in room, broken lampshades, cracks in walls. Sketchy but the only hotel close to the fair grounds. "
