"The staff was the best feature of the stay in this Holiday Inn. The room carpet was quite old and stained, the sheets and towels had a very strong bleach odour. Bath had rust and erosions, pain peeling off the toilet door."

"This hotel was understaffed with trainees, which made the check-in period punishing. The restaurant was also understaffed and they did not communicate that our order of bar simple food would take 1.5 hours. When asked, they said they were backed up and offered no compensation or apologies. We would never stay here again. While affordable, the experience was terrible and a huge waste of time."

But be warned although my email said breakfast is served until 10 they kind of get annoyed when you show up at 9:45 (we slept in our second day since we were getting used to the time change).
