Having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always welcoming and happy to assist with any questions. "Shift staff not helpful n even cause nuisance to guest travel from far . After payment made, they will treat u like disposable commodity. A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke . He just want to test my patience with lots of tricks jjust to make me find another motel after payment made. What a shame. Room is in appalling condition, mouldy smell, lots of hairs n dirty linens. Room far from picture shown. Scams. "
