The spacious apartment "Toscanablick" (90m ²) is characterized by its high quality furnishings and a living room with an open gable and crescent window. From your balcony you have a wonderful view of the Kaitzgrund and the foothills of the Ore Mountains.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to take care of your culinary wellbeing during your vacation. Opposite is the cozy dining area, where you can also spend a fun game night. Playing cards and board games are available for this.
The bedroom has a double bed of 1.90x2.00m, a large wardrobe and a sideboard. In this you will also find a selection of books. The sleeping place for the 3rd and 4th Person is available in the living room in the form of a very comfortable sofa bed.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, a vanity and a towel radiator and becomes your personal oasis of wellbeing thanks to the insulated light.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating that welcomes you with a cozy warmth.
The holiday property is located on the outskirts of Dresden in an idyllic green residential area. Here you can relax excellently or reach the lively city center of Dresden in 10 minutes by public transport without changing trains. 10 minutes in the other direction you experience pure nature in the Kaitzgrund. This invites you to take a walk along the stream.
Various shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
For sports enthusiasts, there is a fitness center with a sauna on the opposite side of the street. If you want to bring your bikes with you, you can store them in our lockable bike garage.
Due to the convenient location on the A 17 motorway, you can reach the china town of Meißen, the electoral hunting lodge Moritzburg, the traditional Erz Mountains and the picturesque Saxon Switzerland in about half an hour. Mountaineers, hikers and nature lovers feel at home there, photographers find very individual motifs.
