Relaxing place with super food service.

All-inclusive resort with fantastic meals and staff. Pools are nice and the resort shuttles to their beach regularly.

… the hotel on maps on Hotels.com site is located on central Tropea and address as well but is not true … hotel on s outside Tropea on top of the mountain and need depends shuttles and shuttles have hours for go down and go up and don’t respect the hours … the shuttles finish to 7 pm and if u want to visit the city over 7pm u need to take taxi … no WiFi or internet on room … the breakfast don’t exist just chips and croissant … unexpected from Italy but is a true …my vacation was horrible …

Il villaggio è collocato sul promontorio sopra Tropea da cui si gode un magnifico panorama. La struttura è piuttosto datata e necessiterebbe di maggior cura. Il parcheggio interno, a nostro avviso, andrebbe regolamentato tracciando gli stalli al fine di evitare posteggi alquanto disordinati. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia abbiamo rilevato ragnatele sulle finestre della sala da pranzo e sedie molto sporche con presenza di macchie di vecchia data. I materassi erano sporchi e non dotati di coprimaterasso. Personale di sala molto sbrigativo. Cibo accettabile e razioni abbondanti. Purtroppo le bevande calde a colazione risultavano mediocri con caffè imbevibile. Ottimo il servizio navette (anche se uno dei tre addetti scambiava il tragitto mare-villaggio per una pista di rally) per la spiaggia convenzionata, purtroppo dotata di sole sdraio... Se si desidera un lettino bisogna andare presso i bagni limitrofi a 30 euro al giorno. Animazione: spettacoli serali non particolarmente coinvolgenti e attività giornaliere ed escursioni che, a nostro avviso, non sono adeguatamente pubblicizzate. Le ragazze dell'animazione che erano alla prima esperienza sono state accoglienti e si sono date molto fare: brave Giulia e Sofia!! Servizio bar veloce, ottimi cocktails e prezzi corretti.

In linea col prezzo pagato Particolarità: * autisti delle navette sempre arrabbiati e lamentosi, in particolare uno di loro (ma c'era anche uno molto gentile e professionale) * buono il cibo, due primi e due secondi sempre. A volte i primi davvero buoni. Pessimo il vino (pazienza) * piscina con la ringhiera intorno * cambio biancheria del bagno solo due volte (più quella all'arrivo) per rispettare l'ambiente, così recitava un cartello nel bagno, Però nel water scorreva fisso un rivolo d'acqua. * in spiaggia i servizi (docce, bagno, bar) erano presso uno stabilimento vicino

Bra service och trevliga anställda. Ett minus är kommunikationen på hotellet. Merparten av personalen kan endast Italienska vilket gör att man får utforska allt själv. Hade underlättat om beskrivningar av området (hotell samt Tropea) funnits i form av engelsk broschyr. Texten som kan läsas om hotellet stämmer inte fullt ut. Juni är en fantastisk tid i Tropea. Merparten av turisterna kommer senare.

Buona struttura, tranquilla. Si mangia bene.

Esperienza positiva. Anche per la posizione, in cima alla collina. Permetteva un maggiore relax. Per andare sulla spiaggia dell'hotel e visitare Tropea navetta continua mattino e pomeriggio. Alloggio spazioso (due camere) e tranquillo. Buoni i pasti, qualità medio-alta, antipasti, primi e secondi. Colazione sufficiente, quasi solo dolce (come quasi sempre in Calabria). Unico neo, il fatto che la pensione completa iniziasse con il pranzo, il che lo rende praticamente impossibile considerando che il check-in inizi alle 17:00.

Abbiamo fatto 3 notti formula hotel. La stanza molto bella completamente ristrutturata con arredo nuovo. Bellissimo e comodo bagno. Stanza poco insonorizzata. Ottima pulizia e cambio asciugamani puntuale. Cibo: antipasti a buffet dove c'era di tutto e in abbondanza, primi e secondi serviti al tavolo ma spesso pasta scotta o dura. Camerieri cortesi e molto veloci. Villaggio bello, pulito e curato nel verde. Piscine belle e pulite. Animazione buona. Parcheggio interno molto comodo. Servizio navetta veloce ed efficiente, nota dolente la strada molto in salita e l'ultimo/primo tratto inspiegabilmente molto dissestato. Mare bellissimo, spiaggia altra nota dolente, ombrelloni tutti attaccati e sdraio scomodissime. Impossibile prendere il sole sotto l'ombrellone. Nel complesso siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Vacanza formula Hotel consigliata, formula residence non sappiamo. Tropea davvero moolto bella!

Carino ma niente più

Hotel villaggio non da quattro stella,camere spaziose ma un pò trascurate, carente al massimo il servizio pulizia che con la scusa dell'inquinamento cambiano le lenzuala e il set da bagno a giorni alterni,per non parlare degli orari del servizio pulizia praticamente passano quando dicono loro senza un criterio, tornavamo dal mare verso le 12.30 ed ancora non avevano messo piede in camera arrivando quando ti trovavi sotto la doccia, altre volte invece ti spuntavano la mattina presto, effettuando una pulizia del tutto approssimativa! Molto bella e curata la piscina ed efficente il servizio navetta per il mare visto la distanza notevole di 3km con percorso arduo e pericoloso per chi ha bambini (l'hotel si trova in collina!) pulito e caldo il mare di Tropea, spiaggia privata curata ma troppo piccola con le sdraio praticamente attaccate tra loro. Ottima la pensione completa con pasti ben preparati e lodevole il servizio al tavolo che ti evita la calca stressante del buffet.Efficente e veloce il servizio svolto dal personale del ristorante sempre disponibile ed educato. Discreta l'animazione. Mi sono rilassato ed ho mangiato bene però è un posto da visitare solo a buon prezzo ed una volta sola.
