"The building is old but historical, If you don't want quirky issues to pop up, go rent somewhere else. If you like a genuine trip mixed with real life- we loved being right downtown but felt the bathroom was small. We will visit again with all of its "flair". The town trolly is right outside the door. Access the city on the Looper or walk a half a mile to anywhere. Save your money on the rental car, and take a luke warm shower instead."

"First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. You may want to look at the property first, the neighborhood is sketchy but was quiet. I was under the impression that the price I paid on Expedia was it but I had to pay more to the owner the day of for a cleaning fee and deposit. Recommend having someone stay with you."

Our stay this past weekend in St. Petersburg was nothing short of a complete disaster from start to finish, and I feel genuinely misled by what was advertised versus what we experienced. Let’s start with the most blatant issue: false advertising. The listing prominently features what appears to be a full-service bar in the lobby—one of the details that helped us choose this hotel. In reality? Just an empty bar top sitting awkwardly in the middle of the lobby with zero staff or service. It honestly felt like the photos were fabricated or AI-generated to lure guests in. Parking was another headache. We were told we could pay $10 for on-site parking, only to be told that if we moved our car, our spot was no longer guaranteed. So essentially, you’re paying for the possibility of parking, not an actual space. The pool - another major deciding factor for us - was closed. No notice at booking, no warning ahead of time. Just closed. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the elevator was broken during our entire stay. We were placed on the third floor and told assistance would be available for luggage if needed. That was a joke. There was never any staff around when we actually needed help, leaving us to haul everything ourselves. Cleanliness? Questionable at best. One of the blankets in our room had stains that looked like chocolate… or something far worse. Absolutely disgusting and completely inexcusable. Housekeep"
