"Great room with a good shower. It’s nice to have a microwave & fridge in the room as well. The staff was helpful & polite. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi which has a fireplace next to it! It created a relaxing ambiance. We dined in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised - the service and food were excellent. The hotel offered us a free shuttle ride to the tramway there & back. We highly recommend doing this. Awesome experience. Wonderful hotel! "

"Clean room and helpful staff"

"We loved our stay at the Fireside Resort. It was clean, loved having a stand alone accomodation, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had sufficient supplies to cook simple meal. The fireplace worked great, loved having it on a timer. We used the hot tub a couple of times, it was clean and HOT! The location was a short drive to the ski resort (10 minutes). We found the Ranch lot to be the most convenient with the shuttle service. We dined at Sidewinders and loved the aviation vibe and food was delicious."

"The Virginian exceeded my expectations in every regard. The rooms were spotless, updated and well decorated. The host at the front desk was genuine, friendly and took his time explaining all the things the hotel has to offer. This hotel is designed in a way where you don't have to leave the property for anything if you don't want to. Liquor store, convenience store, multiple restaurants, a saloon, a hair salon, a ski shop, pool, hot tubs, complimentary smores and firepits, doggie areas. Obviously you should be checking out Jackson, but you really could survive here indefinitely without leaving. The Virginian Restaurant's breakfast is outstanding, and the hidden gem of a bar Elenor's steps away in the plaza next door. I will certainly stay here again. "
