"Hotel is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Lots of cozy spots to sit & read a book by the fire. Great amenities, like hot chocolate & cookies in the afternoon. Received a lovely bottle of champagne for our birthdays. Staff, for the most part, was excellent. Very service oriented. Getting change for gratuities was a challenge. Front desk claimed not to have change, same with valet. Hard to tip when u can get change. The shower was interesting. Only a hand shower….head needed...

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty. Overall beautiful place, one of our best...
