"The staff were by far the best part of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They provided great restaurant recommendations, assisted with printing documents, and quickly addressed concerns when they arose.
I stayed for two nights and was initially assigned a room on the fourth floor. The elevator felt old and dimly lit, and the hallways had a noticeable lingering smoke odor, the kind that seems permanently embedded from years when smoking was permitted. The room itself was quite cramped.
One of the first things I noticed was that the TV had no signal. When I called the front desk, they offered to send maintenance. During that conversation, I learned that only rooms on the seventh floor had streaming capabilities, and even then, only Netflix was available. Fortunately, the staff member kindly moved me to a room on the seventh floor.
The difference was significant. The seventh floor was brighter, felt better maintained, and provided a much better overall impression of the property. While the second room was still small, it was more comfortable and acceptable for a short stay.
Despite the excellent service, the condition of parts of the hotel and the small rooms left me disappointed. I appreciated the efforts of the staff, but I would not choose to stay here again."
