Independent, Downtown Montreal Hotels

Great location and the suites are well designed and comfortable.

Prompt, no-fuss check-in. Room was well appointed and made efficient use of available space. Included breakfast was just right. In-house restaurant (Laurie Raphael) food is top-notch and although a bit pricey it is one of the better places to eat downtown (and there are MANY eateries nearby ...). All staff we interacted with was very pleasant, professional, and courteous. Any minor issues were addressed promptly and staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Only minor disappointment was room cleanliness. An example: upon arrival linens, towels, and bedding appeared to be very clean and fresh, but the rest of the room appeared to receive only a quick vacuuming and superficial dusting. Ottoman and lounge within room were stained and needed vacuuming and shampooing. Higher-level shelves within closets had a thick layer of dust.

Great location, awesome room and facilities. This was my second stay there and I would not stay anywhere else!

It's a good hotel if you are on a budget but lacks a safe feeling if you are traveling alone.

Staff was helpful. Ran out of toilet paper and had to notify front desk more than a couple of times before they brought it up to the room. Check in individual efficient but not particularly friendly. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.

This is our new favorite place in Montreal. Steps from the Metro, fabulous breakfast, great decor. All was perfect.

Hotel was very clos to conference center and centrally located. Staff was wonderful, promptly answering all reuqests. Breakfast was varied and fresh.

Staff outstanding Funky hotel that was very welcoming. We had friends join us at the continental break that is included in room. When they went to pay staff said no. You are a guests of our guests You are welcome here. Remarkable given many places look for every opportunity to nickel and dime you
