    "I couldn’t have loved this stay more. It was genuinely perfect. The staff was incredibly kind about us parking a couple hours before check in! Huge bonus points to the parking being free. I don’t think there’s much like this in the area. It’s clean with amazing amenities. There were makeup wipes provided which was awesome considering I’d forgotten mine!     "The views were nice, but this felt like we stayed at a 2 star hotel- Outdated rooms, many stains on room 2311’s carpets, stains on the drapes, terribly slow service at the restaurant (shouldn’t take almost 1.5 hours for breakfast; then to learn the cook went on break, which is why we sat so long). The manager was dismissive of our concerns and unpleasant to encounter. An overall negative experience."
