Everything was amazing other than our check in experience!! It took over 2 hours and Alejandra was not helpful at all, she had a MAJOR SUPERIORITY ATTITUDE for such a young inexperienced person! We’ve stayed here at this exact Riu 5 times now and this was our first really bad experience!! Not Nice ...

The renovation is fantastic....food is fresh and so much variety. The beach was excellent for catching waves as it is shallow sandy bottom for quite a ways.
