"This is a beautiful hotel conveniently located in downtown. The bed and shower were both luxurious. Many great restaurants nearby. My husband liked the pool table in the lobby. The only downside was having to go to the parking garage, which was a long walk into the next door building and two flights of stairs away. There was a lot of construction when we visited (April 2025) which is temporary. Overall a good experience."

"We love staying here annually for the DSM art festival. It’s close to the festival and easy to walk around DSM. Their rooms are great sizes and spacious for families and we love having the option of the pool."
