The service was terrific, and the front desk staff were accommodating. The house staff did an excellent job of cleaning and providing such things as ice. "

"Great hotel in downtown calgary "

"I was very pleased with my stay at the Coast Hotel in Calgary. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are actually suites, and are clean, spacious and nicely appointed. It's located in a quiet part of the downtown Calgary Beltway, close to nearby parks as well as many good restaurants. The only negative was that one of the two elevators was not working during my stay. It did not cause any major delays, and hotel management was working on it, but it was a concern. That being said, the staff more than made up for this with their kind consideration and helpfulness. A special shout out to the young lady who helped me with early check-in after a long flight."
