"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Lisa, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond by recommending some excellent local restaurants, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Her hospitality and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!"

"We got this room for an overnight trip. This place fit the criteria. Pool was not working. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quickly cooled down. The bathroom windows are the open slats style and so we couldn’t seal off outside air coming in. Staff was very nice. The layout with the rocking chairs is a nice touch. For what we wanted it was a good deal."

"I was impressed by this hotel and casino. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had many things to do from the casino, outdoor swimming pool, and food selection on site. This hotel provided us a great way to enjoy the outdoor of the Smoky Mountains during the day and then fun in the casino at night. This will be a hotel that we will remember for future get aways."

"Our stay was amazing in one of the 4 Tee Pee Cabins. It was right on the creek which was very peaceful and the hot tub was extreamly relaxing. It was very spacious definitely a home away from home vibe. Pleanty of room for 5 of us. And the shower was insane with all of thw settings , at least in the cabin we got! The washer and dryer was also very helpful and convenient!! I Can't wait for a future stay. Most definitely will be a go to place for our family. The campfire and grill areas for the guests wlare also a very nice amenity. And if your able to thw Cabins are very nice and very affordable for how there set up it worth a little extra if you can. Ph and next time I can bring my critters as they are pe5 friendly too.!!!!!"
