After traveling all day, i was informed my check in is available at 9pm, checked in went up to my room to find out the heat was not working. After informing the person at the front desk, they told me to go back to the cold room and wait 45 min to see if the heat will come on, really, not to offer to get a different room? Poor customer service !!! Wonder how they would feel if they were told to go back to the cold room and wait 45 min after all day traveling. There was no reolution addressed. Shame on so called managers to address an issue.
