I loved this hotel. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, the food, the location, the entire vibe of the hotel. One issue I had was the shortage of towels. My reservation was for two, and they only had one towel in the room, and my calls to the front desk to request for extra towels was pointless. This brings me to the service. While most of the workers were extremely polite and professional, a few of them were quite rude and unprofessional. It’s sad that this rudeness is expected, but you need to do better.

Enjoyed my stay at star hotel. Only feedback is they need more towels. Food was great, location, I would say its definitely one of the best places to stay in Douala.

No possibility to eat after 10:30 pm, all restaurants closed, no room service, staff not ready to help, just so negative with no solutions for clients. Horrible responses !

It is a nice property, but the room is very small and there is no table and chair for anyone to put your laptop and work. It is definitely not a suitable place for business trip. Perhaps the condition is different in bigger and more expensive rooms. Food served at the restaurant is not that good for the price that you have to pay.

Tres bel expérience. Cet hotel est tres soigneusement decoré. Le staff vraiment au petit soin. Les restaurants, la piscine au top. On s'y sent vraiment en sécurité.
