This is a lovely place to stay for the night when on a road trip. Surprisingly good breakfast and excellent coffee. One caveat: while this property is pet friendly, be sure to confirm directly with the hotel as to what fees they charge.

Bed was too hard. Pillows were too soft. Walls were too thin. Air conditioner was too loud. Room was humid and damp. Floors were sticky. Pool needed cleaning. Layout of the “suite” was terrible. Why the huge “desk”/“rolling table”? We had to scoot past each other. And please check the washers in your sinks. Every time we turned it on, we had a shower. Just an overall bad experience.

Sticky floors and more
The moment I stepped into the room, the entry floor was sticky. I thought it was a fluke, and I walked into the bathroom. Also sticky. The carpet at the transition to tile had runs in it. The toilet tank top was cracked and had been glued back together, and the mirror was oxidizing around the edges. The temperature control on the wall did not work; only the controls on the unit itself.

Room was not very clean and a few items in room were damaged and broken. AC made noise every time compressor kicked on. They sent someone to fix it and the problem persisted. The cleaning lady took my dirty towels but did not replace them. I had to go down stairs to get towels to shower

I always stay at this property when I visit my hometown. The room itself was clean as always, but the last couple of times I've been a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. They are constantly out of coffee and half & half, and the oatmeal was not worth eating. (Soupy.)

Housekeeping poor. Would like disposable cups and glasses. Torn carpeting by bathroom door. Not a Covid friendly place. Should have a call button for the reception desk. Receptionist was not there when we arrived or at checkout.

This is a really nice place. The room and bathroom were spacious and the kitchenette, while compact, had a medium sized fridge and a Keurig. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast. We were really looking forward to making waffles, but they are whole wheat so not the fluffy-crispy treat we were anticipating. And their oatmeal was lukewarm (although a staff person took it to the kitchen to warm it in the microwave). But for me, the breakfast doesn’t diminish how nice this hotel is, so I’m still giving it 5 stars. Highly recommend.

We didn’t get the room we reserved and the room we got was disgusting. Dirty and torn up carpet, dirty and wet dishes. Just gross overall. Breakfast is served until 9:00 and we went at 8:00 but there was almost no food and no dishes. No one was there to help. Never returning.

Overall stay was nice. We all were a little disappointed especially the kids with the breakfast. Very limited, no protein (which as a diabetic is the only thing I can eat) no plates, no coffee when we arrived at 7:50am. Milk all expired on the day we were there. Kids will not eat or drink anything that is on or after Sell date. There was also water soaked carpet in room 106 and when we reported it to front desk they already knew about it??

The only part that made me alittle upset was NOTHING was available after breakfast. No coffee, snack, fruit ect. I had to find sugar and cream from the breakfast cook and there was no creamer for coffee. The front desk check in was great!! She was a feel in.Room was very clean and roomy..We will stay here again

We had an excellent stay, despite the fire alarm. Our check-out was cumbersome, because the person checking us out stated there was a 1 cent charge on our bill. And she didn't know how to resolve it. We stood at the counter 10 to 15 minutes waiting to check-out. She finally told us she would get it resolved and we would receive our receipt via email.

this was my 3rd stay in the last month. On 2 occasions, the in room coffee pot did not work, but thankfully coffee was ready in the lobby by 5 am. The metal on the bathroom light has rusted and could be improved. The chrome in the bathroom could be cleaned, sink and in kitchen area. Overall good, just would be great if items were not deterioating or were cleaned a little better.

The staff was very helpful and considerate, especially at the front desk and housekeeping. Our first room's TV didn't work, so Tabitha switched us rooms. We had our cat with us, and the hotel accommodated us without a problem. There was plenty of access to wherever we needed to go in town. Nice place for a fair price. I would stay there again.

The room was wore out. Carpet was peeling up and ripped in some areas. The window had a large crack. Overall we were disappointed with the room.
