If you have everything figured out, it is great property but if you are stuck or have questions, good luck getting that sorted out. "Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"The hotel was most accommodating, from check in to check out. Staff were super friendly and resourceful. The room was very comfortable, and quiet. Location is primo to old town and train station. We had excellent breakfasts at the hotel, wide selection of items, and staff were helpful with preparing my omelette and encouraged to take coffee to go. If our hotels for the rest of our journey through Europe are even close to the Cologne Hilton we will be very happy! "
