Negatives - tired rooms, poor internet, broken a/c and staff that couldn’t care less about reported faults and who wouldn’t even provide me with an empty cardboard box.

The room (which we received a free upgrade for) was very clean, and the staff very attentive. Breakfasts were superb for a continental one. The sound proofing was excellent, as was the choice of restaurants nearby. The only issue was that the shower while fully accessible, meant that water ran all over the floor. The toilet seat also needs to be replaced.
