"Great stay overall and a perfect location for visiting Mount St. Mitchell. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful quiet setting.Just a small note for future guests: there was an extra cash charge for sheets and covers that we weren’t expecting from the listing, so it would be helpful if that was mentioned more clearly ahead of time.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"These are units within Le Village Cancalais holiday residence. They are very close to the Cancale port where they are numerous wonderful restaurants. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. "The staff was very accommodating, especially when it came to storing our luggage while we explored! The property was like going back in time and once the island was less populated, it gave us the ability to walk the streets and experience the beautiful architecture without the over crowding you experience during the day. Would highly recommend staying here."

"It was an awesome experience staying on the island …. Only a few steps up from the entrance to Mont Saint Michelle. The room was large, bed was very comfortable, and a great shower. Note: Stay on the second floor. Rooms do not have air conditioning and our open window invited people to look in and engage with us from the walkway immediately in front of our room."

"Basic but clean and cosy. Would have preferred porcelain cups for my hot drink... paper cups made it rather challenging. Bit of a hassle getting out of the gated area in the morning, a long line of cars and campervans all held up because of issues with the exit console that seemed to plague everybody. My third attempt finally succeeded. Breakfast was great food. Friendly and helpful staff."
