"This was a cheap clean nice place to stay, we had no issue, hot breakfast was good, the gym was nice and clean, they had a nice pool, the room was cute, just like a small 1 bedroom apt, we will be staying here from now on when we visit again."

"Breakfast was the same thing every day. Staying for 4 nights, the food got old. I think changing the hot food would alleviate the issue. I am not from the area, so beans and tortillas everyday was subpar in my opinion. What happened to good ole fashioned hashbrowns or potatoes? "

"I booked this trip because my husband had 2 appointments with the Optum referred by the Veterans Administration. We arrived for check in and parked in a designated Handicap parking spot. Well, I walked to the front desk to get the key for the room. Walked back out to get my husband. He is an 88 year old Vietnam Veteran. Having a hard already when slowly walked in and as soon as we got into the lobby my husband fell forward into This big white couch. No staff offered to help me get him up to sit on the couch while I asked for a wheelchair. Well, guess what this hotel has no Wheelchair. I walked to the room and got the rolling office chair and what do you know the wheels and that thing were horrible. I was pulling him and chair was going in all different directions. I get my husband into bed and well he did not sleep well due to the fall he took that could have easily been prevented if you had a wheel chair on site"

"We came from Wichita Falls, Texas a 10hr drive to Pharr Texas. First time ever in this little city. It was late when we arrived almost 10pm. Upon arrival I met Isamar front desk. She understood we was tired and ready to check in fast. She took care of me quick and easy. Also help me with directions on getting delicious tacos! The room was great, the ac worked amazing! Water pressure was great, the shower had a few hairs here and there. The water was clogged, so I removed the stopper. It was filled with nasty hair. As a head housekeeper that’s one thing I always made sure was clean And the sink. But other than that the beds were comfortable and it was quiet! "

"The king size bed was, I assume, overly used and lumpy. My sleep was disturbed by my having to find a comfortable position. This is my only unfavorable thought."

"Clean room, wonderful staff, good parking, air conditioning was great. Only reason why 3 stars there was too much noise you can literally hear the person in the next room coughing. Doors slamming at all times of the night, couldn’t sleep. "
