The bed, the sheets and the pillows were great. The coffee and the hair dryer too. The mexican breakfast everyday were not so good. Please consider serving Mexican food only one day per week. There’s nothing better than a complete and pure continental breakfast in an AMERICAN hotel.

The main issue with the room was a complete lack of soundproofing, especially with the adjacent room. I could hear everything through the connecting door between the two rooms. Talking, sneezing, urinating, showering, TV, you name it. We might as well have all been in the same room. Between that noise and the constant highway noise, the stay was far from relaxing. On the upside, the room was in decent condition, clean, and housekeeping changed my towels and garbage bins every other day, which I appreciated.

I went there cause of the hot tub to do at night with the kids. It was broken both days even though i asked them to fix it. They would not give me a credit or discount as i only booked them for this amenity. The front desk guy said well its too bad and nothing he could do. Said he would have the maneger call me. They never did. And they didnt care how there problem disappointed my kids and other parents kids cause it was cold at night. They did nothing to fix it. But the guy at the front was completely rude and said what did i expect him to do. When i asked for a discount he laughed. Ridiculous

First the pros: Hot tub was hot and relaxing after hard day of working on my remodeling project. The breakfast staff was great. The location is great. The room was clean. The cons: Breakfast was OK but repetitive with no change after multiple days of staying so got pretty repetitive. The front desk on arrival did not even greet us. Stood there for over a minute before he even looked up and did not even say "hi" . The staff after this were nice however. The beds were very hard. There was no warm or hot water at all over the three days we stayed there. We have another stay booked for the beginning of January and may be looking at alternative lodging options.
