"Staffs doesn’t speak much English so I used translation app. Room is clean overall. Standing shower screen has gap below so will wet bathroom/ washroom floor after shower. That’s deal breaker for me. Does not have different type of towels, 1 stack of towels for floor/ hand/ face/ bath. I didn’t use them other than for floor since it gets wet. I have my own towel so that didn’t bother me as much. Bedsheets has some stains, but I just live with it, didn’t ask for change. Bed is quite comfy. There’s a step going up to room so if you have heavy baggage, slight lifting is needed. Overall not bad for the price. "

"The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."

"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "
