Room was very clean but we were surprised that we booked a suite yet there wasn’t a door on the bedroom for privacy. That’s not a suite - it’s a studio and should have been charged that way. Secondly, neither TV would stream even though we tried multiple times. The remotes only worked intermittently. ...

Parking was good. Room was freezing. TV kept freezing and skipping making any use pointless. Curtains would not close fully making the lights from the streets come in making it difficult to sleep
