"Issues with the room..particularly repair ceiling leak in the bathroom over the started leaking overnight almost causing a fall from the water above. Housekeeping missed our room. View from this suite was the next building Via Sophia restaurant was good We had great experiences from previous stays. Hotel did credit me some fees.becausenof the leaking ceiling."

"Room was very nice. Check-in was terrible - I've never seen a longer line. We had to race to the room to change in time for our dinner reservation. They clearly need to consider online checkin and keyless entry with phone. Worst part was valet - they use separate service and text you code to pay online for the valet fee. They put in someone else's license plate number. So we ended up asking them to put our valet charge on our room, yet this company kept texting us to pay for someone else's valet. As far as we know, it still hasn't been resolved (20 days later). Drop your bags off and then park elsewhere!"

"Our stay at the Yotel in Washington DC was great. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist. 💕 I would have liked to use the pool—however I’ll have to come back! Check in/out are a breeze, no waiting in line unless there’s a question or issue. The only real negative is the lack of a coffee machine in the room. This would really make our stay exceptional. There is limited coffee provided on the 2nd floor—however most hotels have this accessible at all times. We were able to get a mini fridge which I greatly appreciated as I was travelling with two kids. Parking is easy and underneath the hotel, which made it easy to transport our items. The location is minutes from Union station and about 10-15 min from the Smithsonian museums. Great location! Thank you for a great stay."
