The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. "Pros: House was beautiful with amazing view and in a great location. The pool and outside area were lovelyCons: Using the dryer kept tripping the breaker to the house even when we turned off everything else This left us with no electricity at the house. We contacted the property manager to ask where the breaker box was, they said someone from the operations team would be back with us very quickly. An hour later we had not heard from them so went to talk to the cleaning crew several houses down who was able to assist us. Thank goodness or who knows how long we would have been without electricity . We think the drying element was going as it wouldn't even dry the last set of clothes. We had to leave with wet clothes. The third issue was that the sheets in one of the bedrooms had obviously not been cleaned. When we notified the management company they did not even apologize. We changed the sheets and washed the ones on the bed. I sent a message to Vacassa at the end of the stay asking them to notify the owner of our issues with the management company twice but they never acknowledged that they did so? Wonderful house and experience as long as you don't have any issues that require the management company. "
