"Room was spotless and comfortable. All needed amenities were available . Also the staff was very friendly and the early evening wine tasting was fun only 500 yen. Location perfect .. just a little walk from the train station. "

"Stayed for one night while going to Toba aquarium. Room was amazing very large and with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were great very helpful the entire time. Hot drinks were free from a relaxing bar on the 1st floor. Breakfast was a Japanese style. Various different. Vegetables, fish and some fruit with rice, udeon and miso soup. We were even provided a meal voucher for the night when we arrived. Can't speak for the baths as we didn't use them for the night but I'm sure they are lovely as well. If your reading reviews to pick what place to book. Id say go with this one. "

"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"I thought I had arrived at a resort with its palms, high rise apartments and manicured gardens. Definitely a holiday destination for the Japanese people. Spacious and comfortable with a microwave. As it was not close to Toba, having a car and the microwave allowed us to be more independent, not relying on eating out. The supermarket had plenty of takeout options. "

"Stayed for F1 2025. Clean and tidy. The restaurant which is part of the hotel was supposedly closed to public despite people eating so had to walk out to other places to eat."
