"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"Me and my wife have been all over the world but we found this hidden paradise gem and we couldn’t have asked for anything more . The staff are exceptional people and will cater to any needs you have or advice on anything in the area . The facilities are absolutely relaxed and the pool area is very amazing . They also have great entertainment every single night . It’s not a big hotel club scene so don’t expect that but just relaxing and enjoying the amazing food and the chefs showcase was beyond our expectations . The jungle bungalows are so amazing it’s 2 stories up so you feel like your floating on your balcony . Overall is a 10/10 on everything we didn’t encounter one single thing that we didn’t like to be honest . It’s not the place it’s the people and these people are about the best and kindest on this planet . Enjoy ."

"This property is very beautiful and clean… however, the rooms could use some updating. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of activities to do. We had a great time at the white party and the silent disco. The nightly shows were pretty good as well. The food was delicious. My daughter loved the fresh mango. When eating at the buffets, make sure to go early because they don’t always refresh the food after it’s gone. The virgin drinks were better than the alcoholic drinks!! Overall, we had a great time. We just needed one more day!! "
