"I am a platinum member, I asked for a late check out and they said ok. At 11am, my key promptly stopped working right as my son needed to get into the room to use the restroom. He is young and does not give me much advance notice when he needs to go. It did not make for a pleasant experience."

"Big, clean room, comfortable beds. Pool was nice, well maintained property, small but nice pool. My girls slept in and when we went to breakfast 10:00( over at 10:00) they said have at it, stay and eat! Very accommodating staff. Will stay again !"

"This was a great hotel for what we needed. Close to a lot of things, large rooms for our big family, and a pool for the kids. There was a mix up with our keys, but the staff was very quick and helpful in getting it taken care of. Something I will keep in mind if we ever return is that the rooms on the back side of the hotel back up to where garbage is collected early in the morning and a street with loud dogs. Nothing that the hotel can do anything to change, but good to keep in mind."
